When to go:
Singapore can be visited all through the year. Like much of SoutheastAsia, Singapore is generally hot and humid, with the temperature rarely dropping below 20°C, and barely climbing to above 35°C. It remains within this range through the entire year.
Local Transport:
The very efficient MTR/LRT (Mass/Light Transit Rail) metro, along with buses and taxis are the major modes of transport. EZ-link cards are perfect for the metro and buses, while taxis accept credit cards and cash. Trishaws are also perfect for navigating the tiny streets of Little Indiaand Chinatown. You can also take a boat along Singapore River, a great way to explore the city.
